(Reg 11M(1)(b)) I have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that designers cooperate with the client, other designers, the principal contractor, and each other. (Reg 11M(2)(a)) I have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that all design work has been coordinated so that, if built, the building work complies with all relevant requirements. (Reg 11M(2)(b)) I have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that designers have complied with their duties under the Building Regulations. (Reg 11M(2)(c)) I have liaised with the Principal Contractor and shared all information relevant to the planning, management and monitoring of building work. (Reg 11M(3))
